1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bd75 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing bd75 through its website, mobile interface, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one. If any translated version exists, the Bengali version takes precedence. It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on bd75 and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from any bd75 account.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person creates more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited. bd75's decision on this matter is final.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited into bd75 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. It generally takes a few minutes for the deposited amount to be reflected in your account.

bd75 reserves the right to decline any deposit without giving a specific reason, particularly if fraud is suspected or the payment method details do not match the account details.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (payment method verification).
• For bank transfers, the name on the bank account must match the name on the bd75 account.
• Providing incomplete or incorrect information may delay the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). This means that if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳18,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A promotion can be applied to one account only once.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be shared with others.
• bd75 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if the terms of a promotion are violated.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on bd75 operate on the principle of fairness. We use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that keeps every outcome completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a system error, programming bug, or network issue, bd75 reserves the right to void that round or transaction. The "all payments void in the event of a system error" policy applies.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game lobby. Placing bets above a specified limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

bd75 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our players to play with enjoyment and safely. Gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd75 platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the system.
• Sharing account credentials with others or using someone else's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors and failing to report them.
• Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

bd75 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a game session or bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unforeseen technical outage.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway delay.
• For issues caused by the user's own device or network.
• Under no circumstances will bd75's maximum liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11 Service Suspension & Termination

bd75 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity is found.
• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

11.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance before the account is closed, unless an investigation is ongoing.

12 Changes to Terms

bd75 reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or by a notice on the platform.
